 Mario Franco - Director
With more than 30 years experience in the steel fabrication and protective coatings industries, Mario has developed a well-deserved reputation for his forward thinking and strategic business planning.
His business acumen is admired both within the company and by the respective industry.
Mario's work ethic is to lead by example and always be open and receptive to new ideas. It is this ethos embedded within the company he co-founded that has been attributed to Fero Group' recent expansion program.
Ernesto Franco Director
Despite more than 30 years in the steel fabrication and protective coatings industries, Ernesto (Andy) has lost none of the commitment, drive and enthusiasm for the company he co-founded.
Very much a hands-on director, Andy is well versed in all aspects of the ever-expanding family-owned business and is extremely proud of the fact he maintains regular contact with many of his long-time clients.
Needless to say, his strengths are in the areas of sales, marketing and public relations.
Michael Franco Group General Manager
A Business Administration degree from Curtin University has given Michael the solid background to carry out his many and varied roles at Fero Group - all aimed at integrating the company's various divisions.
Michael's objective is to improve the efficiency of all five of the company's divisions and increase client satisfaction through the implementation (and investigation) of a range of value added services.
However, as would be expected of any professional currently studying for their Master of Business Administration (at the University of Western Australia) Michael truly believes the key to success of any business is its staff and consequently also manages Fero Group' employee relations program.
Laura Franco Administration Manager
Just like her brother Michael, Laura has been with the family company for more than 10 years. And, like both her brothers Michael and Robert has tertiary qualifications to assist her with her vital role within Fero Group.
An Economics graduate from the University of Western Australia , Laura also has a postgraduate degree in Information Systems equipping her with the critical knowledge required to implement a state-of-the-art administration system across all divisions of Fero Group.
While acknowledging that such a system will greatly assist in the day-to-day operations of the ever-expanding company, Laura stresses it will also bring a multitude of benefits to clients.
Lindsay Jones Sales Manager Anti-Corrosion Divisions
More than 20 years experience in the galvanising industry and an on-going commitment to embracing new technology has ensured Lindsay is recognised by Fero Group and its clients for his exceptional and in-depth wealth of knowledge.
He boasts both technical and practical expertise as a result of being involved in a range of associated industries and having completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Lindsay's stringent quality control across all divisions he manages has enabled Fero Group to not only expand in terms of client base but also and perhaps more importantly consolidate its industry reputation for meticulous attention to detail.
